Had to do something with all the green beans in the CSA…
So we tried this Sri Lankan Green Bean Curry. It wasn’t like the one I would get at the Sri Lankan place across from the train station at Seven Hills in Sydney, but it was pretty good.

Day 22 of The Summer of 99 Novelties
Paneer! After I made paneer, I made palak paneer - but I didn’t take pictures of that because 1. it wasn’t very pretty and 2. I ate it, as what it lacked in appearance it made up for in taste.
Also, if you want to know how to make Paneer (Indian cheese) or Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese), Manjula is your friend.
